LandShark is the software you would use to access the real estate records in the Iron County Register of Deeds Office.

Searches are free. Complete setting up a user name and password on the "Account Tab".  You can get database information without any service charges.

If you would like to view the actual images on file, then the first requirement is to complete the Agreement found on the "About" Tab and mail that form along with a User Fee (minimum is $10) to the Register of Deeds. There is a statutory fee of $2.00 for the first page, $1.00 for each additonal page to view/print the document.
